HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER? Once in our online shop, all you have to do to place an order is the following:
- Go to your basket by clicking on the green“View basket”button on the top right-hand corner of the website, or click on the “Go to basket” button in the pages displaying product details.
You can add or delete items from the basket, or change the quantities ordered. Click on the “Checkout” button to continue
Click on “Continue”.
- Enter your debit or credit card information. Click on “Authorise payment”.
- You will be taken to the confirmation screen where you can print your order information by clicking on “Print”.
You will also receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
If you want to cancel an order after your purchase, you have 14 calendar days to ask for reimbursement or to cancel the shipment by sending a message at firstname.lastname@example.org In this case, you will not incur any additional charges, except for the direct cost of returning the product.
WHAT IS TRINIDAD’S WARRANTY POLICY?
TRINIDAD’s products are second-hand goods that have been reconditioned for use. However, you should bear in mind that they might have some scratches or marks that we try to depict as accurately as possible both in pictures and in product descriptions. If you are not satisfied with the product, you have 14 calendar days to return it through our customer service. TRINIDAD will reimburse the full amount of the purchase upon receiving the product in the original condition.
This warranty will not apply in the following cases:
If warranty or proof of purchase data are modified, altered, or replaced in any way.
If the product is handled, used, or damaged in some way.
Without the product’s proof of purchase and delivery note.

CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA: Estimated delivery time is 7-10 days. Shipping cost is 15€. You can ask for express delivery service.
EUROPE I: France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, and Switzerland. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 days. Shipping cost is 15€.
EUROPE II:: Greece, Holland, Ireland, and Sweden. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 days. Shipping cost is 30€.
Rest of the world:
Shipment to countries included in the chart above is done via international express delivery service. Estimated shipment time is 2-5 days from the time the product is collected, depending on destination and customs.
The shipping rate for international customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by each customer’s bank. It is possible for international clients outside the UE to pay for customs duties imposed by the destination country. TRINIDAD will not be liable for these charges. Customers should check customs procedures for each country.

WHY HAS MY CREDIT CARD BEEN REJECTED?

We do not store any confidential payment information once the purchase is confirmed and completed. Through the payment gateway, TRINIDAD takes you to the secure interface (https) of your banking institution, where you enter your credit card data and the transaction is validated, in a way that is inaccessible to third parties.

HAVE THE ITEMS ALREADY BEEN USED? ARE THEY SECOND-HAND PRODUCTS?
Yes. All of our products are second-hand or vintage. Each item has been checked and conditioned to make sure that, even if it has been used, it is in pristine condition.
To assist you in the purchase process, we have created a Quality guide:
SPOTLESS: as new, with no apparent signs of use.
EXCELLENT: minimal signs of use. The product may have minor blemishes or normal wear and tear.
VERY GOOD: There are signs of use, some blemishes or repairs, but the product is overall in very good condition.
GOOD: The product shows signs of use, with visible blemishes, but is overall in good condition.
CAN I BUY TWO ITEMS OF ONE PRODUCT?
No. Trinidad has only one piece of each product.
ARE PRODUCT PICTURES ENHANCED?
Our pictures show the product condition as accurately as possible. We offer different views and a magnifying glass so that you can view its texture and even blemishes and wear marks. However, some aspects such as colour can vary depending on the screen of the device you are using.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT?
Once you receive the product, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to ask for an exchange or to return it. Following expiration of this legal term, you may no longer assert the right to withdraw from the purchase and no return will be possible. Once we check everything is in perfect condition, customer service will contact you to proceed to reimbursement of the purchase price or to exchange the product.
CAN I CHANGE THE ORDER PLACED AT TRINIDAD?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days to change your order.
WHAT SHOULD I DO TO RETURN A PRODUCT I ORDERED?

We will only accept product returns if the following requirements are met:
(i) The product to be shipped is in perfect condition.
(ii) The product has to be sent in the same box in which you received it.
