Please review the general terms of sale governing the offer and sale of products through the online store included in this website. By using this website, you are bound by the following Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Legal notice. This is why we recommend that you read the Terms carefully. We reserve the right to modify these Terms anytime. You should read them carefully before making any order.

TRINIDAD C.B. (hereinafter “TRINIDAD”) is a Joint Ownership incorporated in Spain under registration number E86928215, with registered office at Avenida del Manzanares 32, Madrid, Spain.

Purchase Conditions

While we make every effort so that product descriptions, photographs, information, and prices are as reliable as possible, we will not be liable for any inaccuracy, error or omission there might be.

Colours might slightly vary from those shown on the website due to the settings on your monitor or computer and to the limitations inherent to the Internet. The shipping of your order using the order form implies your agreement with these general conditions of sale.


All the prices published on the website are expressed in euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the exchange rate in force, but they do not include shipping costs, which will be added later to the total amount due.

Payment Methods


  • Credit card. In order to secure payment by credit or debit card, we use secure payment methods. Confidential payment data are transmitted directly to your financial entity using encryption (SSL). By paying through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify if the credit card is valid for Secure E-Commerce. Then we will contact the credit card’s issuing bank to get its approval. Your bank will validate all payments made through this payment method and, if accepted, we will receive automatic and instant confirmation. To make these online payments, you need a security key. Contact your bank if you do not know your security key. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron and/or other equivalent cards, Mastercard, Japan Credit Bureau-JCB, CHINA UNION PAY-UPI.


  • Paypal. It is a secure payment solution that lets you send and receive money via the Internet. To use it, you do not need to enter your bank data; you just need to create an account in order to make payments using only your e-mail and password.


General Terms of Sale

The customer might keep a copy of the General Terms of Sale, as well as of all the documents that make up the contract for the products acquired on the website. In order to access to the order details, the customer can log into his/her account on the restricted area and print documents if the customer so wishes. TRINIDAD will store each and every order detail on its systems. To maintain the confidentiality of the data, the customer may only access the system once he/she has logged in the website’s “My Account” area. You must enter the access password you received when you registered on the website. TRINIDAD’s electronically registered documents will be considered evidence of any possible communication, order, payment, and claim.


All orders placed can be delivered to any address in Spain, the EU, and the rest of the world. Costs vary depending on the shipment type and destination. Shipping rates are available in the FAQ section. 

International Customers:

The shipping rate for international customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by each customer’s bank. It is possible for international clients outside the EU to pay for customs duties imposed by the destination country. TRINIDAD will not be liable for these charges. Customers should check customs procedures for each country.

Product Returns

You can return any product within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the item(s) by sending an e-mail to Please follow the procedure described in our “Returns and Reimbursements” section.
Our products have been carefully selected. However, they are second-hand items and there might have some flaws due to normal wear and tear or previous use. In each product’s description we include a note describing the item’s condition according to the following classification:

IMPECCABLE: As new, with no apparent signs of use.
EXCELLENT: Minimal signs of use. The product may have minor blemishes or normal wear and tear.
VERY GOOD: There are signs of use, some blemishes or repairs, but the product is overall in very good condition.
GOOD: The product shows signs of use, with visible blemishes, but is overall in good condition.

In case the article has any flaw, we will try to display it in the pictures. Being second-hand items, TRINIDAD will not be liable for its durability once the return period has expired.

You agree that TRINIDAD’s products are offered within the limits of available stocks. All orders are subject to product availability. At TRINIDAD, each item is unique and there is only one of each. It is possible that two buyers buy the same product simultaneously. If a product is not available after placing your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may modify or cancel your order.

Returns and Reimbursements

Please write us at specifying your full name and address, your order reference number – which is essential to locate it – and the reason why you want to return the product. The items to be returned must be sent to the following address:

Once we receive the items in our premises and, after checking their condition, we will reimburse the amount of purchase within seven days. The items must be in the same condition you received them, in the original packaging, with the supplied accessories, if applicable, and the tags attached to the original packaging.

You can only exchange items bought at the online store at If we notice that the items returned are not in the same condition they were sent, we reserve the right to refuse reimbursement.

This policy does not affect the rights conferred by the civil law to customers.

Jurisdiction and Right of Amendment

Unless otherwise specified, the content of this website is addressed solely at consumers who access the site from Spain. People who wish to access the site from other countries must comply with the local applicable legislation. Any contract concluded between us, whether regarding the use of the website or in connection with the purchase of goods or services from the website, will be governed by Spanish law, and the parties will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts. The contract will be drafted in Spanish and English. TRINIDAD reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. All changes will be published on the website. You should periodically review these terms for the most up-to-date version. Your continued use of the site will be subject to the terms in force at any particular time.


TRINIDAD does not sell to minors. If you are under 18 years of age, you cannot buy TRINIDAD’s products online unless you are under the supervision of your parents or guardians. TRINIDAD reserves the right to modify these terms without notice. Any modification will be published on the website. You should review these terms from time to time if you have any claim. Intellectual Property

You recognise TRINIDAD as the sole owner of the patents, know-how, copyrights, trade names, domain names, slogans, labels attached to the products by us, trademarks, service marks, related rights, logos, mark designations, and design marks that we may use in connection with our activities, products, and services, undertaking not to do anything which could undermine said property. On the basis of the foregoing, it should be noted that the contract concluded between both parties is not an authorisation, either express or implied, to reproduce or use in any way the images of products, nor to reproduce TRINIDAD’s brand or logo.

2.1 All content shown on the Website and, in particular, designs, texts, graphs, logos, icons, buttons, software, trade names, brands, industrial drawings, or any other sign which can be used for industrial or commercial purposes is subject to the intellectual property rights of TRINIDAD.

2.2 In no way can these rights be transferred in whole or in part and, in particular, the Portal contents may not be altered, exploited, reproduced, distributed nor publicly disclosed without TRINIDAD’s express authorisation.

2.3 No link to the Website from any other website can be made without the prior express consent of TRINIDAD.

3.2 TRINIDAD will not be liable for any damage resulting, for illustrative purposes, from the following: (1) Inferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, breakdowns and/or disconnections in the operational functioning of this electronic system or of the users devices and computer equipment for reasons beyond the control of TRINIDAD that cause an obstruction or delay in the provision of services or the navigation on the system; (2) Delays or obstructions in the use caused by deficiencies or overloading of the Internet or other electronic systems; (3) The inability to provide the service or allow access for reasons not attributable to TRINIDAD, owing to the User, third parties or force majeure.
